Imagibo uses AI systems and specialised providers to generate text and illustrations from the inputs you submit.

Your inputs are used to deliver the requested story and related outputs. Unless we expressly inform you otherwise and have an appropriate legal basis, we do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models.

You must not include special category data, confidential medical data or personal data of third parties unless you are entitled to provide it.

Imagibo may share data with service providers acting on our behalf, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery tools, customer support tools, printing partners and AI providers needed to deliver the service.

Where providers are located outside the European Economic Area, Imagibo will rely on adequate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, when required.

We keep personal data for as long as your account remains active, for the time needed to provide the service and for the retention periods required by law.

When you delete your account or request erasure, data will be deleted or securely blocked unless continued storage is required by law or for the defence of legal claims.

If you believe your rights have not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority through www.aepd.es.

Imagibo applies technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks involved, including access controls, encrypted communications and operational safeguards.

Imagibo does not knowingly allow minors to register directly.

Imagibo does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
