How Imagibo uses cookies
- Required
- Security, session continuity, language preference and remembering your cookie choice.
- Optional
- Analytics cookies from PostHog and functional storage for Bird support, only if you consent.
- How to manage them
- You can accept, reject or configure cookies at any time from the cookie banner or the Manage cookies button on this page.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Imagibo uses on the website, why we use them and how you can control them.
Imagibo does not use advertising cookies. If you accept analytics, PostHog may also create usage replays where standard interface copy and harmless controls remain visible while wizard entries, personal or story content, sensitive fields and images are hidden. Before you choose, and after a rejection, PostHog receives limited cookieless events without storing a persistent identifier on your device. Optional analytics and functional storage remain disabled until you accept them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used to keep a session active, remember language preferences, store consent choices or enable optional services.
2. Cookies used on this website

| locale | Imagibo | Remembers the language selected by the user. | Up to 20 years or until deleted | Strictly necessary |
| imagibo_cookie_preferences | Imagibo | Stores your cookie consent choices. | 12 months | Strictly necessary |

| ph_*_posthog | PostHog EU Cloud | Connects visits and product steps and enables masked usage replays after you accept analytics cookies. | Up to 12 months | Analytics, optional, first-party |
| Bird chat storage | Bird | Enables the optional customer support chat if the user accepts functional cookies. | May vary depending on the provider | Functional, optional, third-party |
3. Payment pages and third parties
If you initiate a checkout or payment flow, authorised payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to prevent fraud and process the transaction.
Those providers apply their own privacy and cookie policies to the data they process in their environments.
4. How consent works
When you first visit the website, limited analytics runs without cookies. You can accept all optional cookies, reject them or configure analytics and functional cookies separately.
Accepting analytics enables persistent measurement and masked usage replays; rejecting it keeps only the anonymous cookieless mode described above.
Your choice is stored so it can be respected on future visits. You can change it at any time from the cookie controls available on this page.
5. How to disable cookies in your browser
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their privacy or security settings.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect login, language preferences, checkout continuity or other essential features.
6. Personal data and your rights
Any personal data obtained through cookies will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may exercise your data protection rights by contacting [email protected], and you may file a complaint with www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable law.
